Dealership resolved issue but was not truthful on knowledge of issue and the extent of issue on lot
My first time at Olympia Nissan for service went well. People were very professional and answered all questions slowly and accurately. Though I was not looking for a new car I was approached by a sales person who was not pushy but simply said that if I had any questions about their cars we are always here to help you with any questions and that they always committed to making sure the customer gets exactly what they want. I said if be ready in a years or so and she said “ we’ll please come and see us any time. Very casual environment.
They seem to have a hard time keeping their appointments straight. Took the Rogue in a month ago for all added accessories paid for for at purchase. They gave us a loaner for 5 days but only completed the ventilated seat and hood protectant and low Jack. They did apply the trailer receiver as the said they needed to order one. It’s spring we need dirt and bark for our large property. Can not use the trailer. We’ve been waiting for the other appoint until today for the install of the hitch. After the oil change they called to tell us the trailer receiver was on back order. We would like to use our trailer instead of putting dirt, bark and manure in the back of our loaded brand new Rogue. Not to mention the inconvenience of taking the car back and forth. Our time is also valuable. . So Disappointed.

She kept me apprised of everything that was happening, let me know what parts needed replacing, asked for permission, got my car cleaned, and sent me on my way. The waiting room is comfortable and even the customers were friendly to each other. This place is better than a Starbucks for meeting people. I bought their seven oil change package which was a steal and Jessica let me k ow I can use it at any Nissan dealer, so that’s huge since I’ve needed oil changes out of town a few times.
