They seem to have a hard time keeping their appointments straight. Took the Rogue in a month ago for all added accessories paid for for at purchase. They gave us a loaner for 5 days but only completed the ventilated seat and hood protectant and low Jack. They did apply the trailer receiver as the said they needed to order one. It’s spring we need dirt and bark for our large property. Can not use the trailer.

We had to buy 2 cars in the span of 2 months due to unforeseen life events. The first one we found at Olympia Nissan and drove 100 miles there because it was a good deal. The whole buying process was seamless and we were blown away by their customer service. I came in to have my glove box replaced because a burglar had broken off the handle. This is the first time, in my experience, that this dealership failed in all aspects of this task. First, after being on backorder for 6 months, the Parts Department had ordered the wrong box (and the correct one is on backorder. I am so disgusted with this dealerships service center. I brought my rogue in due to a leak that was coming in under the dashboard. Not only did they not start working on my car or even check it in until over 24 hours after my appointment, they spent more time trying to convince me to get extra work on my car than looking for my leak. I received the estimate yesterday for my wife's Nissan, which needed a simple gas cap door latch replacement, as it wasn't shutting the gas cap door over the gas cap. A $200 diagnostic and a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR part for a latch for a gas door? COME ON. And then you said she needs all four new tires and so the quote was a cool $1300. Just SICK and DEPRAVED. This was our last oil change and Tire Rotation deal purchased on 8/12/20. Every Service report until the 7/28/2023 report, says the tires were rotated. When we made appointment we made sure to include the tire rotation because we have been told before, that isn't part of the service for an oil change. I am really disappointed and discouraged by our experience. I spent over 4 hours of driving to visit Olympia Nissan based on information provided by Internet Manager about possible trade-in range and the ability to order a car. Instead of $5-6k range indicated for trade-in, we were offered $3k, which was lower than other dealerships and even with initial lower price on new car, was a worst deal.
